Pet portraits are drawn on professional quality acid free paper (prevents yellowing) and are mounted with PH neutral mounts (prevents yellowing). The sizes above are based on the external size of the mounts.

I draw on white paper, although I do have a few other colour variations (tan, grey, and black) in A4 size. If you are ordering a portrait in A4 size and would like a different colour variation of paper, please let me know.

I use high quality artists colouring and graphite pencils which have a high lightfast rating (lightfast = resistance against sun damage). I use these pencils to ensure longevity and resistance against sun damage.

The prices stated are for plain backgrounds only, so no colour or detail will be added to the background.

The prices stated are for head & chest shots of pets only, so if you would like a full body drawing please contact me for a quote.

Your finished portrait will be mounted on PH neutral mounts (unless you request for work to remain unmounted) and mounts are included in the price!

Once mounted, your finished drawing will be placed into a protective cellophane bag and packaged with great care and delicacy. ​​

All drawings come with a signed certificate of authenticity and artwork care instructions.
Additional Information

I operate a booking system on a first come first served basis so please allow plenty of time to place an order with me before any deadlines you may have. (i.e. if the portrait is for someone's birthday, etc).

It takes between 2-8 weeks to complete an order, depending on the amount of work required and if I have other work commitments. I will let you know prior to booking a rough timeline of when your commission will be completed. I will keep you updated throughout the process of working on your commission, and will provide you with work in progress images of your commission so you can see how it is coming along.

I am currently accepting commissions which will be ready for completion in 2024.

I get particularly busy in the lead up to Christmas (October, November, and December are very busy!). Please book commissions well in advance of these dates if you would like to secure commissions around this time.

Please ensure that photographs of your pet/s are of high quality with clear details (such as facial features, good lighting, etc). I am unable to work from photographs that are not of good quality.
Payment Options & Delivery
I require a 50% upfront non refundable security deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This is to secure your place on my client list and for security measures. The remainder of payment will be taken on completion of the portrait prior to shipping.
I am open to discuss a payment plan option instead, but this will be by written agreement only. I will require a percentage of the commission fee to be paid for upfront as a non refundable security deposit, and payments must be paid for in full before your portrait will be sent to you.

I take payments through PayPal only and I have seller's protection on my account which means there are extra security measures in place for money transfers. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, and I am more than happy to talk you through how to make a payment through PayPal. You will be provided with a receipt/ invoice for every payment you make.

The price table above does not include shipping prices. I charge £10.00 delivery within the UK and this must be paid on completion of the order. Orders will be sent via a tracked & signed delivery service for extra security measures and peace of mind! You will be provided with shipping details so you can track your parcel. Unfortunately, I cannot ship pet portraits to anywhere outside of the UK.
